November ‘Wine Flights’ now boarding at The Summit

The Summit is a fine-dining restaurant featuring the culinary and pastry students at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m., it offers fabulous meals in an elegant setting.
The Summit also provides a unique attraction for guests who love to enjoy fine wine. Each month our chefs select wines from different parts of the world and package them in flights. In November, The Summit is featuring the wines of France. For $25, guests will have the opportunity to sample five French wines, along with a light dish from the featured region, creatively prepared by the Summit team.
Those who come for the French Wine Flights are welcome to stay for dinner, of course. The Wine Flights will be offered every evening The Summit is open this month:
• Nov. 5, 6 and 7
• Nov. 12, 13 and 14
• Nov. 19, 20 and 21

Wine Dinner is Nov. 18
The Summit will also offer a special, six-course Wine Dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 18. This fixed-price ($70) dinner by Chef Matt Winterrowd and Midwest Culinary Institute students revolves around Italian wines provided by Wine Trends’ representatives Ian Pascoe and Mary Horn.
